fantastic location and great service!

I was super thrilled with how close everything was! times square was just a quick walk away. the staff really shined. They helped me with directions. the room was also clean and the daily linen changes kept everything fresh.
the lifts did get a little crowded sometimes, so i had a slight wait now and then

the standard double room featured comfortable beds with fresh linens daily. it included a mini-fridge, a coffee maker with daily refills, and a hairdryer. the bathroom had soap, gel, hair conditioner, and body cream. the room was cleaned daily too!

there's a microwave available on the ground floor for guest use. many restaurants and supermarkets surround the hotel. this makes grabbing a quick bite or stocking up on essentials very convenient! i had some great meals nearby!

the location is pretty good. it is close to times square and subway stations are nearby. i liked the security guard on duty all times and the locked elevator.
the room seemed small for the price i paid. i thought i could smell a weird odor in the room even though it looked clean.

the location was convenient. it was close to many attractions. the room included a coffee maker, that was handy. the front desk staff were polite.
there was only two elevators for 36 floors. wait times were very long during peak hours. i also noticed some homeless people near the entrance. the room felt a bit small.

The gym located on the lower level offered filtered water. This was a plus.
The front desk staff initially agreed to store our bags when we went to Niagara falls for a 3-day tour, but they then refused. We had to find alternate arrangements at midnight. The area outside felt unsafe, with junkies hanging around the entrance. (This made going in and out uneasy.)

The location was convenient. The hotel was a short walk to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. The housekeeping staff was very nice. They also stored our bags after checkout, so we could explore more.
The elevators were slow. Two elevators serviced many floors. There were also many people near the entrance. These people.
